We have broken ground on our Northbrook site located in the heart of Northlake, Wanaka.
With resource consent granted in August this year, the team has worked extremely hard to bring this site forward and showcase this new luxury later living product to the Wanaka market.

Cook Brothers Construction has been appointed as the head contractor to deliver the build. With an outstanding track record and quality workmanship shown on many projects in the region, we know they are a key partner to help us deliver this. Civil works have commenced on site and our luxury show suite, which we look forward to showing people around from April 2023.
Our operational team has been working hard to ensure that when we open the door to our first residents in 2024, we deliver something outstanding and completely different from anything else in New Zealand.
