A few months ago, Winton launched the picturesque River Terrace lifestyle blocks in Central Otago. The generous 1.38 ha – 3.92 ha beautifully presented sites are surrounded by spectacular mountain vistas and over the road from the stunning Kawarau River.
Due to the significant focus of landscaping over the past few months, River Terrace is coming into it’s own with green borders and character fencing consistent with the natural material palate and vernacular of the surrounding Central Otago environment. Interest has been strong so far, with a mix of locals and those new to the area being the first buyers. It has been heartening to receive such positive feedback from buyers and interested parties after all of the planning, designing and preparation to bring River Terrace to market. For many, it is the countryside lifestyle River Terrace offers while still being close to neighbouring towns of Wanaka and Queenstown. For others, it has been the generous space for cars and toys and the accessibility to everything Central Otago has to offer, whether it be hiking trails, wineries, the river, or mountain bike trails.
The countdown is on until civil works start in August and their anticipated completion in early 2022.
