Beaches Matarangi sections selling faster than ever before

Beaches Matarangi is the hottest coastal residential development in the Coromandel, located towards the north of the Coromandel Peninsula's stunning east coast. It is proving to be a highly desirable hotspot, with sales hitting all-time highs over the last month with over 30 sections sold during that time and more sales in the pipeline.

The development of stages 3 and 4 will commence in December 2020, and titles are forecast to be delivered in October 2021. Of the 48 sections available in stages 3 and 4, more than half are either sold or under contract.
