What a year and what a way to finish the year! We are incredibly proud and grateful for the dedication of our onsite team to meet the major deliverables this year, despite unprecedented and relentless rain.
Recently, the team’s hard work enabled titles in Stages 6 and 7 to be issued, meaning all Beaches residents in Stages 5-8 can take possession in time for Christmas. A great result for all.
Another milestone was the recent opening of the newly upgraded Harbour Drive. We were eager to open Harbour Drive before the summer rush so residents and visitors can access Boat Ramp Road off Matarangi Drive. The road looks great and will only improve over time as the street trees flourish and the landscaping matures along the lake edges.
The onsite team will take a well earnt holiday over Christmas and will be back at Beaches in the new year to continue their efforts on the remainder of the development.
