We have continued to make progress on Longreach at Cook’s Beach over the past few months, albeit with additional health and safety procedures in place during Level 3 and Level 2 to keep everyone on-site, safe.
During the last of the good weather, we have completed the earthworks required in stage 3 with lots now top soiled and at finished levels.
The focus is now on progressing the roading and curbing throughout the stage on Roads D, E and Longreach Drive. We are excited to see works beginning on our new pedestrian and vehicle bridges connecting stage 3 to Navigation Drive.
With stage 3 at finished levels and titles expected from Q4 2020, now is a great time to book in to see Longreach and visit our last remaining elevated lots that have spectacular views over the estuary and Cook’s Beach.
