August marked a memorable month for North Ridge, as we saw our first purchasers take official ownership of their lots in the first stage of the development. Our civil contractor, KCE did a fantastic job on site, delivering practical completion early and we are very pleased with the final product. Signage is now starting to appear as builders prepare to commence construction. We are excited to watch the progress as our purchasers build their dream homes.
Stage 2, which sold out quickly, has seen 3 months of strong construction progress after KCE started on site in July. All bulk earthworks are complete and KCE is well underway with drainage works. We are proud of the progress the team has made and we expect practical completion of Stage 2 in December, with land registration occurring in Q1 2022.
Another milestone for North Ridge is that we have confirmed the construction programme for Stages 3 and 4 and works will start on site in late September of 2021. Both stages will be built together with an expected 10-month construction timeframe and land registration in Q4 2022.
These two stages, consisting of 80 lots, have been extremely popular with buyers due to the expansive views and variety of section sizes ranging from 530 sqm up to 2300 sqm. Only 2 lots remain, so if you are thinking about purchasing, get in quick!
