North Ridge is a carefully designed master-planned community located in Bellbird and takes advantage of the expansive views of the beautiful Hunter Valley region in New South Wales, Australia. Living at North Ridge means only a short commute to employment, schools, and the fantastic vineyards Hunter Valley has to offer, so it is no surprise that North Ridge has seen an explosion in demand in recent months. Since the inception of Stage 1, over 130 lots have sold, and momentum continues as sales enquiries remain incredibly strong.
The first lot release was in mid-February 2021. The 81 lots in Stages 1, 2, and 3 all sold out in quick succession. This success has prompted the early launch of Stage 4, with a variety of 530 sqm – 2,300 sqm sections released. Stage 4 is proving to be extremely popular, with buyers snapping them up, leaving only a handful of remaining sections.
Construction on site commenced with Stage 1 in February 2021. The team has made excellent progress, delivering practical completion of the first 26 lots of the development on time. We expect Stage 1 titles in the next few months and settlement to occur before the end of September. We can’t wait to see construction start as purchasers start designing and building their dream homes.
Stage 2 construction approval has been granted by council and the civil construction team, KCE, has established and commenced on site. We are expecting a 6-month construction timeframe with titles issuing in the first quarter of 2022. Construction planning for Stages 3 and 4, consisting of 80 lots, is already underway as we target the fourth quarter this year for starting earthworks and civil works.
