The Marlborough is our architecturally designed entrance piece to Launch Bay, and it has been incredibly rewarding to see the progress this year.
It was so good to get back onsite last week to pick up where we left off. Before lockdown, contractors onsite reached some significant milestones. All internal framing is now complete on all levels. Electrical installation is complete on level one and two, along with wall insulation. Window installation is complete on level one and two and in progress on level three.
Externally, the exterior cladding is in progress, starting with level one and two. The roof installation is also underway and will take approximately 4 weeks to complete.
Kalmar, our contractor for Marlborough Apartments, was completely prepared to re-start construction as soon as we moved to level 3 and is back onsite making progress while ensuring all of the required safety measures are in place to continue construction safely.
