Lakeside Te Kauwhata is growing day by day, with over 100 homes now complete and a thriving community established. Just recently, the Lakeside team celebrated the completion of all homes within Stage 1. It is great to see these homes finished but even better to see people moving into them.
Those who have visited Lakeside will remember the red shed that was the information office and situated next door to the show suites (see photo above). The show suites are now homes and the red shed has been relocated to allow for the completion of the Stage 1 greenlink walkway.
The greenlink walkway, shown in the photo above, provides a pedestrian connection between the wetland and recreation reserve to the future Lakeside commercial hub. The footpath is constructed with only final planting and clean up works to be completed…then the greenlink is open for access on your morning walk.
