The community hum of Lakeside

With the flick of a switch and a turn of a key, Lakeside started to feel more homely. It has been fabulous to see Lakeside welcome its first residents and see them using the reserve areas and walking the streets. Fifteen homes are now occupied, and with each new addition, the buzz from the Lakeside community has grown.

Stage one is taking shape with 187 of 359 lots titled, and only 2 of the 359 lots remain for sale. Within these 359 lots, we are building 70 Modern Houses, which have gained a lot of interest and subsequent sales have been strong. There have been 48 completed so far, with 20 sold and another 15 under contract. An additional 22 Modern 2 Bedroom Houses are under construction, which we will complete in the next three months.

Within stage one, there are 65 private sales, including 27 house and land packages and 38 sections. We are working on 24 of the houses, which will be finished by the end of the year.

It’s great seeing those that have designed their own homes start construction as well, particularly the differentiation that comes with each design.

We look forward to welcoming more residents to the community over the coming months. It would be great to see as many new residents in for Christmas as possible.
