Going, Going … All Gone

All of the beautiful waterfront Officer Houses at Launch Bay are now sold with the last house selling at auction at the start of November.

The preservation of the heritage homes recognises the richness of the site's history and celebrates its importance amongst the Launch Bay and wider Hobsonville Point community. The new owners are able to make it their own while preserving their piece of history.

"We are delighted with the outcome. From the feedback we received, the purchasers were charmed by the absolute waterfront location and the uninterrupted views out to Waitemata Harbour,” says Oliver Leighs, General Manager Winton.

"The first new owners moved into their new home earlier this month. We look forward to seeing the other purchasers join them at Launch Bay and know they are already establishing their community, swapping phone numbers, and design plans for their new homes. We can't wait to see their different ideas unfold."
