This week Mike Greer Homes starts construction of the next group of four Oval Houses alongside the existing completed show home. By mid-2020, five architecturally designed Oval Houses will frame the grass oval and be ready for the new owners to move into their piece of the thriving Hobsonville Point.

Now is the perfect time for those buyers that want to be involved in making key design decisions. Anyone that purchases their oval home before mid-September will get the opportunity to collaborate with Mike Greer Homes to finalise key design decisions like colour schemes, internal layout, bathroom design and of course, the heart of any home, the kitchen.

Amongst the Oval Houses that are currently available to purchase is a very special release Oval House, Lot 13.
