Launch Bay Open Day 3rd March 2019, 11am – 2pm

26/02/19

Live Music, Free Food, three stunning offerings

This Sunday, 3rd March 2019, between 11am and 2pm, Launch Bay will be open for all to see.

We welcome people to come and see Launch Bay and the master-planned vision for the community; to enjoy the live music and free food while relaxing on the grassed oval; to be one of the first to walk through the just finished architecturally designed Oval House show home; to find out more about The Marlborough apartments; to feel the prestige as you take in the heritage of the four waterfront Officers Houses’ now available to purchase; to gain access to Hobsonville Point’s premium precinct, Launch Bay.

The Oval Houses

The twelve exclusive Oval Houses are architecturally designed stand-alone houses offering the best location for family living.

Situated in the heart of Launch Bay, these homes overlook an inviting grassed oval offering a beautiful open space for relaxation, recreation and play.

The two-level Oval Houses include four bedrooms plus a study with two living spaces, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious decking and the Hobsonville Point rarity of double garaging.

The Marlborough

Launch Bay’s first architecturally designed apartment offering. With various configurations including one, two and three bedroom options. There are eleven apartments now available on level 5 and level 6, level 6 being the top floor. All with internal lift access and positioned to maximise sea views across the upper reaches of Waitemata Harbour where possible.

Of the eleven apartments currently available, internal size ranges from 50m2 to 80m2 and all include additional external deck space.

The Officers’ Houses

Along the waterfront of Launch Bay stands four distinguished Officer Houses built in the 1930s on what was the grounds of an Auckland air force base. The preservation of the heritage homes recognises the richness of the site’s history and celebrates its importance amongst the Launch Bay and wider Hobsonville Point communities.

Each heritage house has their own prime waterfront exclusive freehold 1,100m2 site (more or less) alongside the Oval. The heritage homes have recently had exterior renovations completed with new triple car garaging installed, along with landscaping and new driveways.

Launch Bay, Hobsonville Point’s premium precinct, is a short walk to the popular ferry service to Auckland CBD, Farmers Market, Fabric Café, Little Creatures craft brewery and Catalina Bay’s new retail offering.

Launch Bay access is specifically during show home hours of 11am – 2pm on Saturday/Sunday and 12pm – 2pm on Wednesday or by private appointment.
