The beautiful Launch Bay Townhouses and Apartments are positioned adjacent to Launch Bay’s grass oval and integral to the Launch Bay neighbourhood.
The premium specifications and generous and thoughtful floor plan have been popular with Townhouse buyers to date. Strong sales have continued, with 19 of the 25 townhouses already sold. Similarly, the neighbouring Launch Bay Apartments have also generated significant interest with all but one of the four high-end apartments sold. Buyers have loved the boutique nature of these apartments, with one apartment per floor.
Onsite, the contractors are making great progress. Significant works were required before we could even think about the construction of the homes, so it is incredibly exciting to finally see some above-ground action.
The Launch Bay Townhouses are being built in four stages. The first stage, lots 1-9, are underway. The under-slab services are now complete, along with the installation of tanks and polystyrene insulation. Boxing has also been installed in preparation for the floor slab being poured. Building consents have been approved for the remaining stages (lots 11-14, lots 15-18 and lots 19-26).
We recently awarded Kalmar Construction the contract to build the Launch Bay Apartments. We have found Kalmar incredibly reliable and good partners on other projects at Launch Bay and look forward to working with them on these exclusive apartments. Onsite, it has been great to see survey and enabling works underway which will be followed by ground works.
