Our architecturally designed entrance piece to Launch Bay is nearing completion and we couldn't be more excited.
Despite the current restrictions placed upon us, our construction team continue to make measurable progress that has been rewarding to watch. Externally, the cladding has been completed. Kalmar construction is now beginning to remove the scaffolding in anticipation of starting the exterior landscaping.
Moving inside, the kitchen installation is well underway, interior painting is progressing well, and the interior teams are now completing installation of fixtures and fittings. Several apartments on the ground floor and level 1 are just about finished.
Coming up, we look forward to pre-settlement inspections with buyers and are targeting Code of Compliance submission in April.
