Northlake – KiwiBuild Partnership announced

Winton have gone to great lengths to build a ‘heart’ into our Northlake project. The Village will contain a restaurant, cafes, childcare centre, shops, offices, playgrounds, parks, and a tennis court - some of which already exist and some which are currently being delivered.

To give The Village life and vibrancy, it needs people.

In announcing the KiwiBuild partnership with the New Zealand Government, Winton are thrilled that this will bring an additional 211 high quality family homes over two years to be occupied by hardworking, house-proud home owners, most of whom will be young Kiwi families.

Winton believe the addition of these home owners to The Village will be a huge benefit to the vibrancy of Northlake and welcomes them into the KiwiBuild ballot process.

The first 10 KiwiBuild homes to be balloted at Northlake include four two-bedroom modern duplexes and six three-bedroom modern standalone homes, all fully landscaped with off-street parking and a Fisher & Paykel home appliance package. Built in durable, low maintenance materials and colours which reflect the natural beauty of the Wanaka area, the homes are backed by a 10-year Master Build guarantee.

Prices for these homes range from $565,000 to $650,000.

The first 10 KiwiBuild homes at Northlake are to be balloted in October and will be completed by Christmas 2018.
