Happy First Birthday to Lakeside

Lakeside is turning one! Last November, the five architecturally designed show suites at Te Kauwhata’s newest community opened, and the first sales were made. Since then, hundreds of people have visited Lakeside to see it for themselves, and many have locked in their piece of paradise.

A lot has happened at Lakeside this year, including the significant work completed to upgrade Scott Road, the main access road into Lakeside. The upgraded road is lined with beautiful Liquid Amber’s and complemented by a 3-metre-wide footpath and cycle trail into town.

Construction of the first 200 houses is also well underway, and it’ll be exciting to see the first homes completed before Christmas.

To celebrate the achievements over the last year, Lakeside is having a one year celebration with free food and entertainment for the whole family. And, one lucky person will get the opportunity to name a street within the Lakeside development!

There will be a range of exclusive sales day specials for buyers and the opportunity to view house and land packages from $499,000 or sections from $235,000.
