Five tent-like peaks now framing the Oval

19/11/19

The first Oval House has been joined by four more, creating a tent-like silhouette around the centrepiece of Launch Bay, the grass Oval.

Three months into the construction of these four Oval Houses, all of the framing and roof framing is completed and passed by the council.

Over the next few weeks, the team will make a start on electrical works, along with the plumbing. Windows and water tightness are expected to be completed before Christmas.

“The first five Oval Houses are looking fantastic as they stand to attention along the grass Oval, particularly with all of the landscaping along the front in full bloom. Although Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12 are under construction, you can see the striking impact of the architectural design influenced by the rich heritage of the site,” says Oliver Leighs, General Manager Winton.

“These four homes will be completed mid-2020. Therefore, major interior design deadlines are approaching, and now is the perfect time to get involved in customising to personal tastes and preferences.”
